Correct me if I am wrong but what exactly is the purpose in mods and admins needing these types of commands for anyway? I mean the only possible reason I can see a slap being needed is when someone is intentionally stalling out a trap and even then you might as well just slay them.

If these sorts of things continuously happen then I can see them being removed from mods and admins all together anyway since it is not necessary.
