How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

If a player was being insulting another player because of the players age,ethnic background or gender I would first issue the player a warning telling the player if the player continues on like this I will have to remove you from the server. I will explain what the player is doing wrong and why it is wrong.

If a player was harassing another player by mocking them past the point where it is supposed to be funny I will give the player a verbal warning telling them to stop harassing this player and if they continue I will have to then issue a warning and then remove them from the server for that specific warning.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

I feel I should be chosen for Moderator on the Deathrun server because I am a active player on Deathrun and I enjoy the gamemode. Even though I have no Moderator powers I still tell people if they are being insulting to another player and they should stop it. I feel I am mature enough to take actions in which other Moderators may not such as taking the time to talk to people about what they have done wrong and how they can avoid it in future and how to play nicer. I have good knowledge of ULX and how it is used. I am very confident when Moderating servers as I have learnt this from being Moderator and Admin on the DarkRP server.
