Hello. Initially I was not going to post anything because I have no proof other than the people that were present in game but I felt this should still be reported. I am not asking you to ban him or demote him or anything like that this is just to help everyone learn and make ZARP a better and more enjoyable place.
I will keep this as short as possible because I know you guys don't want to read on forever, no one does, so here goes.
I was running a bank that I have just started spawning in and running a lot and there was a group of thieves trying to raid me. The moderator phantom, I believe he is a new mod, was a (master) thief trying to break in with all the others. Before he attempted to get in he had come just previously to inspect my base (raid was underway at this time) and he thought that I had no collided props and that it could only been seen and shot through one way but that's what I remember not quoting him. He ended up warning me for my base entrance thinking it was against the rules. The entrance to my base has been inspected by admins and mods and they have had no problems. I just checked the new base rules to see if I was in violation of any base rules and my prop was simply a fence with a material that couldn't be seen through either way but could be shot through both ways so it was not in violation of the (new) base rules. After he warned me he attempted to raid me with the other thieves and I killed him. After i killed him he teleported to me and told me to remove my fence entrance. People were still trying to raid but he didn't care and just wanted me to delete it. When I didn't delete it (people were still raiding at that time) and I was trying to explain to him that it wasn't in violation with the rules to begin with he kicked me for not complying with his demands immediately. Keep in mind I was kicked approximately 60 seconds after he asked me to remove it so I hardly had any time to explain, and he wasn't even trying to listen to my explanation.
I apologize that this is so long but it's how long it needs to be to properly express the problem. I hope that this is taken into consideration as a learning mistake and you use this to help him learn and better train and set guidelines for the new mods and I am not trying to say this was caused by poor training by an admin in any way because I know many admins and know they would do a good job of it so anyways I hope an admin can talk to him and we all learn from this.
