I have been playing Zarp for about half a year, I enjoy the server I respect the admins (When they do there job) I finally have bought Zarp VIP about 1 month ago before the update to the new map. I have been playing the server all week and have had no problems but today I saw an admin (AP4CH3 Twix) riding round with a civilian (Fanny g) (Unfortunately I did not take a screen shot) The civilian was wanted and also was CDM'ing finally the civilian and the admin got stuck on a lamp post and I battering rammed him out the car, then the admin AP4CH3 Twix jumped in front of me preventing me from arresting him even though he was a admin on duty. The civilian got back in the car (Fail RP) After I had battering rammed this civilian out the car, luckily I was fast enough to get him again and arrest him this time. I ignored the admin jumping in front of the civilian and ignored that he was not punished for fail RP. Later on the civilian came back mocking me for arresting him, I ignored him and carried on but I had my car parked on the curb I went to unlock the car and Fanny g (The civilian who had not yet changed his class) jumped in before I could driving off and selling to the scrap man. I reported him to F1 and waited for an admin or moderator to come, it took longer than usual but finally an moderator came (Section) , taking me (Joel Buckley- in game RP name) and Fanny g to the top of the map talking to us. After a while of arguing about what he had done the moderator said that is fail RP but the civilian (Fanny g) said he had already spoke to an admin about this (AP4CH3 Twix) I had remembered that they were riding together and were obviously friends, the admin was called up and had been talked to by a moderator and was talked to asking if he had talked to Fanny g, he said yes and said it was fail RP but obviously neglected to warn or even tell him about what he had done wrong. I then asked the admin if he was going to warn him, he said no, ignored me and just walked around, I then asked the moderator and he said yes and warned him.

I said to AP4CH3 Twix I will report for not doing what he was supposed to do, he then said I have no time to stand around and talk to you about this (Which is fair because he was an admin on duty). The civilian Fanny g came back on and started disrespecting about getting him warned but I then chose to ignore him.

I love the game of Zarp RP but when admin do not choose to follow then why does everyone else, as an admin it is his job to enforce the rules and he did not choose to.
