How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would firstly issue a warning to that player, informing them if they continue being disrespectful that further action will be taken, if the bad behavior continues then I would issue the player with a short ban around 5 minutes. When they get back on if they still are persistently disrespectful, longer bans will be issued to the player until he/she learns to co-operate.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I think I should be chosen because I enjoy playing on this server and knowing that I have the privilege to ensure that the server stays a fun place for everyone to play as the game is intended to be is what I want to do. I see people who break the rules while I play and I cant do nothing about it so I think I can do a very good job in the role of an administrator.
