Estimated Server Time - Past 3 Months (156.88 hours) I actually joined ZARP back in august, so My Full In game Time Is 1,250 hours.

Languages I speak - English, Im taking Spanish 1-4 Classes as well.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Defenition
"Random Death Match" Also Reffered to as an acronym known as "RDM" Is when a player kills another player, for no RP reason. (On a small scale it is usually punished with a warning)

Example Scenario
Doodle in this RP scenario, is a citizen. "Bobby" in this scenario, is a Banker.
Doodle see's Bobby on the street placing a Textscreen to advertize his bank, and Doodle Kills him with a M249. This would also result in Fail RP, as citizens cannot have big weapons.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Defenition
"New Life Rule" Also Reffered to as an acronym known as "NLR" is when a player Dies, and may not return to that area for 3 minutes.

Example Scenario
Tom in this scenario, will be a Thief. Billy, in this scenario will be a citizen roaming the streets.
Tom walks up to Billy and says "Drop 2k or Die, you have 10 seconds"
Tom counts down to 0, and billy has yet to give him the money. Tom kills billy, and before his NLR timer is up, Billy returns to his death area.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Defention
"Metagaming" is when a player talks IC "In Character" through /OOC "Out of Character" Chat.

Example Scenario
/OOC [Tommy] - We're being raided! Police get to the bank to stop the raiders!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First, I would Watch player y from a distance to see if he breaks a rule. Situation 1. (In this situation if I saw player y do nothing, I would teleport player x to a secluded, q
uiet area and ask him if he has any evidence. If He has no evidence, I would tell the player to try and get
video evidence of the player rdming him; I would also keep an eye on player y, and tell x to have a nice day. Situation 2. (In this situation I saw player y continue to RDM) First, I would Take player y to a secluded area and ask Him why did he RDM players,
(Also in this situation I only see him RDM one player) I would explain to him what RDM was, I would also assume
he didnt know many other rules on the server and suggest that he read the !motd for the ZARP Dark RP server rules. I would warn him for RDM, and tell player x that the situation has been handled and I would mark his F1 as finished.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask player x what the situation was, and how he thinks player y broke nlr. Once I hear his side I of the story I would go into console and type in "print_nlr" to see all of the following player(s) that have NLR. If player y was on that list,
I would ask player x if he had any proof that player y actually broke NLR, if he said no, I would bring player y and ask for his side of the story. If he admits to breaking NLR, I would warn him and explain to him what NLR was and also show him the !motd for the Server Rueles.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Through OOC, I would explain to him that he is typing IC information through OOC chat and explain to him that that is metagaming. I would warn the player for metagaming and explain to him that that needs to be kept out of the OOC chat.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I should be chosen because I have an excellent knowledge of the rules in the community. I have a lot of past staff experience on ZARP.
I'm a retired admin that has found a new love for the community and is willing to put time,effort, and dedication into helping the community.
I have been in ZARP since August, I have nice relations with the players and staff on the server.
I know I would be the best moderator for the server, and most of all the community.
I'm experienced, I get the job done, and I am going to be the best moderator possible for the server.
I am on usually a large portion of the day, and plan to use most of that time on duty and helping the server with F1's.
I know I have some bad history from the past but I have had time to mature and plan to help the server greatly.
