Elemental should get global moderator because he is just a great staff member and is a great part of the Zarp community. He is very trustworthy and an respected member that would for-fill this role greatly. I do not know one person that dislikes Elemental and he can find a way to get on with everyone even if he dislikes them. Even though he is very fair he can still can implement the rules properly. Overall he is a great part of the community and he really deserves it.
