How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

If I witnessed someone being picked on, I would take the victim to a private channel and ask him what’s going on. If he tells me that he is being bullied I would then talk to the accused and ask him why he’s doing it, if he doesn’t have a valid reason I would kick him and then ask a admin to ban him for a few days.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

The ability to move players around channel rooms and the ability to kick players out of team speak. If I was TS3 Mod I could move people out of channels that they shouldn’t be in, like if someone is in the TTT room and isn’t playing TTT. The ability to kick minges that just come into the TS3 just to troll.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).

As I think most people know, I am very active member on the community. I am always on team speak and deal with a lot of people every day. Im not just a admin on DarkRp but also a Super Admin on TTT, I Think I need the ability to be able to handle problems and talk to people that have problems on both DarkRP and TTT. I would like to think I am a trusted member of the community and that people can come to me with problems they have and I can help to sort them out.
