How would you deal with a disrespectful player? I would give them a warning to stop, If they don't stop i would gag/mute them, If what he was saying was serious then i would kick them if they rejoined and carried on i would give them a temp. ban.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I would help to moderate the server (as expected) and also be active which will help to populate the server as well.
I have had Moderator experience on other servers Plus (If this is applicable) I am a nice person that tries to be fair and Mature as i possibly can. Thanks for reading!
