but have you noticed at :

I would just notify the player that the announcement of a bank raid is In Character therefore he should advert it or use /911 not put it in Out of Character Chat. If he repeats this offense I will warn him for not using proper chats.

Again I don't want to be rude/mean,
but you can't use /911.
So maybe inactivity can cause that? Again I really don't want to be mean!
