Moderator HAWK banned me and another player for a day. The situation is as follows.

I was playing drug dealer, he was playing gangster.
We approached a base, and said "Hello"
We started getting shot in the back by HAWK telling us to leave despite the fact we were not even in the base we were outside. I personally would class this as RDM.
In response we shot him and as he fleed he opened his door to his base.
Me and my friend entered the base through the open door (I appreciate on my part this was a false raid as I was a drug dealer, but in the excitement of the moment I ran in)
Another baser started to shoot me and I returned fire killing him.
I was banned for a day for Raiding as a Drug dealer, a little excessive in my opinion as I would give no more than a warning. But what do I know, I'm not a mod yet, and besides I broke the rules and I'm happy to pay my time for it.

However what happened next was annoying.
HAWK returned to his base breaking NLR and trying to run over my friend.
My friend calmly tried to diffuse the situation explaining that as a Gangster he was allowed to raid.
HAWK paid no heed and banned the player immediately.

I believe this was a poor and childlike response to one of these situations and though I appreciate what I did was wrong, I think the situation was handled poorly.
