I like both of your suggestions. Having an NPC that can change the skins and body kits of your vehicle would be a great idea as only SuperAdmins can do that at the moment. But I really like the idea that everyone gets the opportunity to use it instead of finding an SA and asking them to. And as for the M9K weapon pack I really want this to be introduced to DarpRP as its amazing ^_^.. Anyway best of luck with your suggestion.
