[FORUM] LazyBro - Global Moderator Application

I do think that LazyBro really deserves global moderator. The reason being is that he is purely an amazing part of the community. He is on the team speak a lot and I always see him actively commenting all over the forums whether it being applications or server bugs. When I need a thread locking such as a ban appeal I most of the time ask LazyBro because he is always on the team speak so i can contact him very easily. He has to be one of the most well known people on the forums as he comments on a lot of things. On the whole LazyBro really deserves Global mod as he is active on most servers and he is very trustworthy.
