Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I had a great time being a Moderator and i feel like i need responsibility on the server, i really use alot of my time helping the players with F1's, and it would be a huge opportunity to get more powers to help them even more.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
If the player trying to avoid the F1 situation then i'll need to freeze him and bring him once again, therefore could the physgun be handy and not having to type commands every time.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
You have to take your job serously and be active on the server. A good moderator is a nice and calm guy, you have to speak nice to people even if they are not speaking nice to you. A good moderator is a guy who respect the players, and keeps the server a safe and nice place to be playing on. A good moderator is a guy who respect all the servers rules, and being helpful where and whenever he can.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
It depends on how much he have prop spammed and if he crashed the server. Now that he been so precocious there is more chance given that he can get unban, even now when it is his first ban. Prop spammer is also the biggest problem on the server when FPP Anti Spam doesn't work.
Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I've been active quite a lot active as a moderator on ZARP, therefor i would like to request to be an admin becuase i think that. I feel like if i would be promoted to admin i would be able to help the server alot more and the players playing on it aswell.
i've worked a lot on improving the server, being active and helping players as much as i could.
I understand that being an admin requires more responsibility, and i do not think that i haven't showed anything but responsibillity and respect. I see alot Random demotes / rage demotes and i wish i could do more than just freeze the person that would random demote. Having the power to set jobs would allow me to give them back their job. The past week I noticed that when people need an admin, because of being random demoted. That is where the Set Job power would come in handy, instead of having to explain to them that I can't give them their job back. I've also thought of the power to spectate could be very useful.
