As I said in my comment Phantom calling people out in OOC is a good trait to have since the admins will see and warn the people that are breaking maybe quite "Petty rules" but rules are there for a reason.
Plus, I don't see how people would not want to be around ZARP thanks to someone whom I would believe to be a good mod thanks to his notable memory of the rules.
