Story - First of all I assasinated him and he respawned, I went back again later to kill him again and he said "I'm not letting you in you killed me". Along with that he repeatedly locked the door i was trying to lockpick so that I couldn't get in as shown in the screenshot below. I pretended I was a cop and he said "I can see your name through the wall your a thief". Later on he propblocked the door to stop me shown below.
