As far as I remember, I brought you up to a roof once for NLR. I don't believe in second chances, since I told you once, you shouldn't have the mental capacity that you would proceed to do it again.

You engaged with the mutants upon exiting the spawn: had you not done this and you moved on to leave the district, I wouldn't have banned you.

You can wait out your ban (24 hours).
