People like privacy and that shouldn't be taken away from them. Also some people don't get along with others so of course they will go into passworded channels because they don't want to be in the same channel as a squeaker, bully or someone they just don't like.
I'm am going to be honest here if they do get removed people will just go into different teamspeak channels.
Also applying in just a waste of time and people have enough to do already.
I don't see the point in this at all it will just create problems.... also I haven't heard any players actually complain about this.
