With all respect Apache, Nameful was like that completely before he got Admin.

I was in teamspeak with him (Belgium) It was just how he was acting and what he was saying just reminded me of NAmeful.

Belgium is a very nice guy, I like him don't get me wrong. Maybe I am wrong, but my judge of character has proven to be right up to now.
I think he should get Moderator. BEcause as you said he is helpful and he does respect people up to now.
