Your grammar is poor and the only reason I point this out is because you only speak English and you are supposedly 21. You think that players need to advertise raid which is false. You also seem to be very harsh or at least it seems that way since you said you would give someone a warning and a jail (Which mods cannot do). I don't think you should have applied for mod this soon as I cannot even find your in-game time on GameTracker, well with your RP name of course.
I suggest that you read all of the rules and become familiar with them and also hop onto the TS3 channel at 94.23.19.200 so the staff team can get to know you a little better as I feel it would help your app out a great deal.
