Random Deathmatch is when a player is killed for an invalid reason
Jim is walking in the streets, when Jack walks out of nowhere and shoots him in the back of the head

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule also known as NLR is when you enter a new life and you forget about everything when you died and you can't go to your death point for 3 minutes.
Jack was sat in his room when all of a sudden, James pick locked all his doors, came in and killed him. After that, Jack came back and killed him within 3 seconds.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you say thins in ooc that you'd say in character
(OOC) James: I AM BEING RAIDED HELP!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would need to see further proof that this is RDM as in a screen shot or a video

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would need to see if Player y still had an NLR timer on at the time or video proof

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would teleport to Player x and tell him he is Metagaming if I caught him again I would have to warn him / her

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think that I should be chosen because I love this server too much to let go, I want to help the server and help more people everyday. I see a new face on the server everyday and I sometimes kindly welcome them but anyways that's not the point I have helped alot of people in situations where you would need an admin involved so they could avoid getting a warn even as a moderator I would never want to give out a warn but if I had to I would. my grave fear of being a moderator would be banning people I hate the thought of having to ban somebody over a mistake or something I remember somebody being banned on a different server for placing a huge prop by accident because he accidentally clicked on that prop when he meant to click on another and these are the types of problems I would sort in a formal manner so I wouldn't have to harm anyone
