Metagaming is where a player uses /OOC or /Advert wrongly.
Examples:
(OOC) Player 1: Sale now on at my shop!
(Advert) Player 2: Hi Everyone!

Explain NLR and give an example scenario.
NLR is the 'New Life Rule' It states that you cannot return to the place you were killed within 3 minutes of the death (Excluding if you were RDMed) or you would be breaking NLR, It also states that you shouldn't remember anything from your past life, a way to break NLR in this way would be if for example:
Player 1 was killed by Player 2 with a Glock.
Player 1 to Player 2 (after respawning): Why did you kill me you B*tch.
Player 2 to Player 1: What are you talking about? I didn't kill you! (abiding by NLR)
Player 1 to Player 2: Yes you did, you killed me while i was raiding you, and i'm going back later for those printers, so you know .
Another way of breaking NLR would be if Player 1 was raiding Player 2, then Player 2 was killed and then, while the raid is still taking place, player 2 comes back and kills Player 1.

Explain RDM and give an example scenario.
RDM (Random Deathmatch) is where someone kills someone else without a good reason.
An example scenario would be:
Player 1 is skipping along the street minding his/her own business when Player 2 jumps out from the bushes with a glock and unloads 5 rounds in Player 1's head, killing them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses Player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that Player y killed Player x.
I would question Player y, asking "Why did you kill Player x?" If he answered truthfully, saying that he did RDM Player x, then i would make him apologise and warn him for RDM. If he wasn't truthful, and he said something like: "I didn't RDM Player x, he had a gun out, pointed at me." or "He was in my house" then i would ask Player y if he had any proof that Player x was in his base and/or had a gun out (screenshots, recordings etc.) and if he did then i would let them go and tell Player x not to waste the admins time by falsely reporting someone, but if Player y had no proof, i would ask Player x "were you in his base?" or "did you have a gun out, pointed at them?", of he answered yes then i would explain that it isn't RDM if you are pointing a gun at someone and they kill you or if you are in their base, trespassing. If he answered no then i would warn Player y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses Player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask Player y "Did you break NLR?" and if he replied "yes" then i would warn him for breaking NLR. If he replied "no" then i would ask Player x does he have any proof, if he did have proof i would warn Player y for NLR, if Player x didn't have proof then i would let them go, but say to Player x " If he does it again, Call me, ASAP." If in answer to the question "Did you break NLR?" Player y replies "but he was in my house" or "I wasn't on the exact place i died" i would say its still NLR and warn him for breaking NLR.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would teleport to him and say "Don't metagame, use /911 to call the police, or at the most, /pm one but try not to use /advert for calling the police. If he did it again, i would go over to him and ask "why are you metagaming again?" if he answered something like "because i can" or "its my bank though" then i would warn him again and if he did it anymore then i would consult one of the other staff members to see if they think he should be banned temporarily.

Why should i be chosen?
I think i should be chosen as moderator because i have experience, i have been Moderator and Admin on other DarkRP servers and i am very helpful and know how to moderate a server. I am quite active, often spending hours on ZARP DarkRP most days (when i have time) and i think i would be a great addition to the team! I also think that if i was chosen i would be able to assist in anything anyone wants me to do, eg. how to build things, basics on rping, how to grow plants, print money, helping the admins and other moderators etc. I wouldn't say i know most of the staff very well but this would give me the chance to get to know the other staff members and have a laugh! I know the rules quite well and haven't done much wrong on the server, but i want this as a chance to show what i can do as MOD!I would be able to be online at least 2 hours most days and i think i would be a very helpful, active and generally good person to have on the team and i plan on being more active on the forums over the coming weeks.
In conclusion i think i would be a great member of the ZARP Staff and hope i am accepted, thanks for reading this,
