Negative - You seem like you understand the rules to some degree but you say:which suggests you haven't quite got to the point of not breaking any rules which is necessary for the moderator position as there are plenty other applicants that have had no warnings and understand the rules to every exact word.

Negative - Your app makes me think that you have a strong ignorant attitude to the server's current staff team as you complain about them not doing anything about your F1 requests.

Negative - It looks to me like you are only applying to help yourself and not the community as a whole as you focussed mainly on what you would do to the rulebreakers that offend you and you only until the last part where you add that people would have to wait less time which is a given as many moderator applications could say that, also the main idea of recruiting mods are to reduce the time of F1 requests and keep the server free of rule breakers and also to educate those on errors they may have made.

Suggestions : I think you are clearly wanting to get rid of rule breakers but I suggest playing some more on the server and getting to know the community a bit more and to also work on getting to a position that you know almost every rule and abide by them to the point of not breaking a single rule while roleplaying as this will bring you a huge leap forward in applying for moderator on any server.
