"Personally I don't think pictures should be directly included in an application, like you did with the subjects I think the only pictures that should come across applications should be proof of experience even then I personally would only include the URL's and not the pictures them selfs directly... It makes it look more unprofessional.. Anyways with that said lets get to the feedback..."
