I can see where you are coming from with your opinion, but just because he left before does that make him not fit for the job? He will still be able to do just as well of a job as a global mod as he did before, him leaving really changes nothing. That is my opinion though because I think he would do a great job and he is the same person, it isn't like he is not trustworthy anymore.
