I think that sounds good. They could possibly add some more jobs that you need a certain level of a skill to use because right now the only thing I think my levels in-game are useful for it bragging rights. Maybe add Master Crafter that can craft more items/weapons and Master Miner which can mine more materials at once and new ones for the Master Crafter (Add more minerals to the mine). And of course you could even get some new cars if you wanted as well, the ones that are in-game currently are not that appealing for the amount they cost to be honest.
