First off, you just admitted that you stole from him, and in your screenshots you're a hotel owner, meaning you cannot steal.
Second off, First screenshot shows a door belonging to him and another player, and you have no NLR timer, next one shows him admitting to stealing it back, breaking NLR and you also have a NLR timer but, you shouldn't of been stealing at all in the first place, next one shows his steamid and also him admitting once again that he did it, and last one shows him prop blocking his door, now as blackfox said, this isn't enough for a ban.
