Chris is right, you do seem to be making a big deal out of something that could be resolved with just a simple warn, you could just show the two people that you have screen shots and they may even admitted to RDM. I also don't think that Grabovski saying 'you lost a $100 gun... qq' isn't much of an insult/disrespect, he's just stating a fact.
