I've been told I have been given another chance as SA if I do more work. I thought the amount of what I did was fine, so either I am not up to standards or I am going un-noticed. Either way I wont be able to fix it easily. For those who wanted me demoted, you will most likely get your wish.

I also feel that I may not be wanted in the community. I know there is lots of people who like me, but that doesn't matter as much. If there are staff member who do not like how I am then I feel unwanted here.

I don't think there is much you can say to persuade me to stay. I just need time to think for myself.

I am going to make my decision in the next 48 hours.
