-Some things are copied (if i remember right)
-The why i should be chosen part is not 150 Words long, makes me see you as a not creative person.
-The whole application is kinda strange, the tasks are not the titles, and why is the why i should be chosen part on "bold" mode?

What i want to add:
For me you seem kinda lazy. You are applying for an moderator, who has to help people, and if you cant take time for a small application, then we see that you are not the guy for the job. Oh to your last post, what do you expect?
