Story - (What happened?) I saw Forlornblade running somewhere, and before this he was breaking NLR, and also random arrested me, i have no evidence on this, but this is a permanent ban either way, so this works better, i then followed him and saw that someone who looked like him was running extremely fast, so i decided to start recording and caught him doing this two different time.
