Helllo guys.Maybe you dont see me alot on zarp.
But im playing neutral on the server.So im not playing ,mcuh but ye.Lets start with my application : ).

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random deathmatch is the act of going up to a random person and killing them for no reason. This is illegal on most servers, and will almost certainly lead to administrative action. Killing a gangster after he held a gun to your face and threatened you would not be considered RDM, since you had a reason to defend yourself. A similar case would be if your house was raided. You have the right to defend your property. If you are being shot at, you have a reason to defend yourself. If you are killed, however, you cannot seek revenge killings.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

We have Bob.And Bane.

Bob says hello tobane.
bane says hello back.
Bob gets a gun.And trys to kill bane.
BUT.Bane died with a deagle.
Bane came back,And bob called a admin for that with F1.
He will gets punished by an admin!

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta-Gaming:OOC chat, or out-of-character chat, is server-wide and does not affect RP. If someone killed you and you want to know why, you would use OOC to ask them. If someone says in OOC, "I have printers in this house," you can't go to that house. Your character cannot hear OOC, so they wouldn't know about the printer.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

My plea for this is to become moderator,and to help people,I saw so many rulebreakers,and i want to take action of it.
I want to be moderator cause I like to help people.You are playing a high role.
. I'm also a friendly guy. I think I can be a great mod for ZARP and I hope to be a moderator. I will be a Mod On Duty most of the time, and I hope to see me as Moderator in ZARP.
I have a lot of gmod experience, I know the rules very well, and I can help the community to make the RP experience of players better.
