The player in question did abuse his job plenty of times and continued to return and do the same process over and over.
He broke into a building next door to scan an area around my property and warrented me without any kind of proof that I have anything illegal in the property. The only time he knew was after be broke into a property to scan my land which is NOT allowed! And once you die you FORGET your past like (e.g... knowing someone has money printers.).
The only time I became wanted is when he randomly wanted me for no reason and after I shot him to protect my land.

Extra infomation: Zanster is a friend on the player in question so is going to protect his friend in anyway he can! And which again is not allowed and this appeal should be shut down due to lack evidence on the case!.
