I find nothing wrong with you application apart from what Alex said which was to expand on your RDM section.
I like how you present situation down to earth. There is a difference between being down to earth and immature.
You are very mature person in TeamSpeak and I have no problems with you and I have also looked into many of your problems in the server that showed you know the rules and know when someone is breaking the rules.
