From what I've seen he does help, but not enough. There are people on the server who had sent multiple requests for help that he did not get to when he was on the server.
He's a nice guy to talk to, but concerning how he is towards reacting to help other players isn't really the best.
I'm just gonna stay neutral mainly because I do think he could change.
