Community Council:
[CHANGE] Combat Drone buff - Higher health & turret damage increased by 50%
[CHANGE] Magik Pistol buff - Now deals 95 damage
[CHANGE] Knight Demon suit buff - Now has 800 health/armor - does not lose HP upon TP and has higher grab distance
[CHANGE] Hells Retriever - Now avoids gang members/allies


DEADMONSTOR Changes:
[ADD] New custom layouts for Inventory (Drag and drop to organize your own inventory. Create a new layout under the Sorting drop down)
[ADD] New Gang Logs - Shows a timed log of all gang related actions and who did them
[ADD] Jail timer for users who are admin jailed
[ADD] Rapsheet logs job bans
[ADD] Max Armor to the armor bar

[CHANGE] Gang applications menu no longer takes you back on each action
[CHANGE] Change Promote to Owner to the manage user tab
