What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
NLR = New Life Rule.
Example of breaking NLR:
Player one, as a thief, raids player two's house, in the raid player two retaliates with gunfire but is too slow and killed by player one. Player two has now respawned and is under 3 minute NLR rule but Player two returns to his house to seek revenge on player one player two finds and kills player one. This is breaking NLR because Player two has reurned to his death location before the 3 minute NLR has passed and having died player two should act as if he has started a new life, not remembering the past.
What does RDM mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
RDM = Random Death Match.
Player One is wandering around with his gun, when all of a sudden, player two comes, innocently, around the corner, minding his own business, but player one is really bored and decide to unload his magazine into player two for absolutely no reason whatsoever, killing player two where he stands. Player one had just killed and innocent for no apparent reason, a non RP reason, meaning he had broken the RDM rule.
What deoes metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Metagaming is where a player makes an Out of Character (OOC) action, to make anyone else aware of an event that they otherwise shouldn't be aware of. E.G. announcing to a friend over OOC that you are being raided.
Consequences
ps: Banning is allowed here, even as mod.
What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Meet with the player, expain to them what rules they have broken, for the first time offence, a warning is appropriate, but after multiple offences, a ban would follow.
What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
Meet with the player, explain to them what they have done wrong, giving a warning, explain clearly what rule they have broken and warn them future offenses can result in a ban.
Requirements for candidating (if any of these are "no" then do not apply)

Can you be online atleast three/four days a week for atleast a few hours those days?
Yes.
Are you 14 or higher?
Yes, 16 years old.
If you don't follow the rules yourself you will get demoted and banned if needed you understand, you will dedicate to a training program and have answered each questions personally. Copied applications will be denied at once. Do you understand?

Will you respect all players in both respect as disrespectful behaviour?

My plea for moderation.
What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (at least 150 words)
I have become a moderator in the past because I enjoy helping other players with any problems they have in anyway I can. I'm understanding of players feelings and I am open to listen to both sides of the story, no matter what my relationship with the player. I work well with others, including other mods and admins and I am a team player. The Zarp DarkRP is a fun and exciting community to be a part of and it is always a good time, but there are moments where others ruin it for the rest of the community with rule-breaking and anti-social behaviour and this isn't acceptable, I believe I can help prevent this behaviour and make it a generally more pleasant atmosphere for everyone. I am playing on the server regularly since I discovered it, playing for 2-3 hours a night, 4+ days a week and I will always be available to help others when needed.
Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
Within my time playing on the server, I have made many friends many of which are now friends on Steam, who I keep in touch with regularly. I am friendly to other players and enjoy interacting with others.
