If he returns then he actually wants to improve because he could also join another server in that time.

He became mod here, started trolling, became mod somewhere else, purge-gaming.com, got demoted, still was here, RDMing every day, though not smart enough to avoid me while doing so, gave him a 2 week ban, with a warning if he ever broke a rule again, he is to be permabanned, considering I left a while ago, I prefer if an admin accepts this with a permaban, he doesn't learn, he just wants to troll ZARP with Artyom Barlow, in-game or the forums.
