Reason - He is propkilling, Rdming, and propblocking. (+ He is doing it everytime i see him, he is a minge)

Story - probably he got something at his advenced duplicator that everytime i buy his place he spawn it on my door, rdming, and propblocking. (At the photo you can see his propblock, and when he saw im taking screenshots he just killed me.
