I mostly troll assholes or just people who don't like me. I'm an aggressive guy so I can get angry fast. If people approach me for the first time in the wrong way, chances are I won't like that person. Maybe you've seen me driving around the map with music on. That's a little part of the trolling. It makes me happy. But I don't like bullying or disrespecting people, that goes too far.

You can't be an aggressive or disrespectful person as a moderator, nor is it professional to troll. I do hope you understand this, please acknowledge.

With the aggression it means that I get angry fast. I do know that I've got to take some responsibility when I'm a moderator. I leave people that I don't like, alone. I am not disrespectful. A joke here and there, if people find it offensive and I don't, then I tell them that it's just a little joke. Nothing more. And with the trolling I meant doing voices, driving around the map with music on as a radio manager, etc. But I do not try to break a rule when I'm trolling. If I'm in public and see a not good looking person, I won't even think about making a joke. Disrespectful people probably would. I will definitely not try to break a rule when I'm a mod, or a worse version of trolling/aggression you were probably thinking of. I acknowledge and I understand. I will not take my aggression out to people. I'm really sorry if this disappointed you.

If you're trolling subtly trolling harmlessly, as long as you don't break any rules or get on peoples nerves intentionally (because, come on, if you carry the badge you have to act like it).

You can't really avoid people as a moderator, you understand - everyone who needs your assistance should be treated equally.

I do understand. I treat everyone equally. Doesn't matter what race, what religion etc. We're all human. That's what we need to see. If we can all get along, things could get much easier to work out. I never noticed that I could get people on their nerves. I was thinking having the idea of moderator to deal with people quicker. Rather than just making a ban request, taking some of my time. I'll stop harmless trolling. If I get this badge then I definitely understand I have to act mature. I think that this is a big community Garry's Mod has seen. I mostly figure things out by my own experience.
