I have been playing on zarp for a long time now and I want to have a go at making my own server but I have reached some problems and I need help

I have made jobs and other various things but I would like to know how to:

have a rules box at the start which leads to the sites fourms like zarp and how to make a donate button when you press f4 and how to have npcs which sell armour and cars ect

if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated
