However, I've never seen you help anyone in the ooc chat.

Other then that, nothing seems to be wrong with the app, (excusing the harsh grammar, but I see 'English' isn't one of your mastered languages, even though it is preferred seeing as most players are English speaking.)

Though as for your in game behavior, it rather puts me in a confused state of mind. Your application states that you're this 'really nice player' when I've clearly seen you previously breaking rules, taking matters into your hands (As Silent already stated.) and seemingly having a short temper, after seeing one of your previous outbursts upon someone breaking a rule. (Yelling in all capitals, and being slightly abusive towards moderators if you do not get your own way.)

I do believe, however, that people can change. And so far, I've not seen you change a bit from all the time that I've seen you on the server. So while this application is up, I will keep a close eye on you to see that you do indeed change, and not just put on an act in front of moderators and admins.

Though for now, I'm unfortunately going to have to give this a -Support until I see any improvement in your behavior and social skills. (And not by kissing up to the moderators/admins.)
