You are a super admin, you can give out warnings yourself, and tbh i dont think it's worth a warning because he said he didnt do it on purpose.

Either way, i dont really see what you are trying to accomplish with this request, you're a superadmin. Makes no sense to me that you made this when you can take action yourself.
