Sounds a bit like a scam to me, as he would now have to donate again for the same thing. Just because Zarp went 'away' for a few months.

Other than that, the application has every single answer wrong.

I don't know why they're promoting their friends on PERP.
That is their decision, even though i also think it is incorrect.
About the paid mod, that's not my decision that it will get refunded or not.
I suggest you ask Agent or Zart if you want to.
