I can not stress nearly as much how much my first impression of Zinc meets with my decision.
I'll start off by saying that ingame, I've had a couple of encounters with him; there hasn't been a point where I've seen trouble.
I'm just going to point out one thing:
Example:
Bob and his friends are being raided, Bob is alone in the base. He informs his friends of the raid via Skype.
I have noticed rarely any players know or even follow this rule.
It would be extremely difficult to fairly enforce 'Skype' - it's typically the issue of someone using ingame information in the OOC chat, as well as things that you wouldn't normally see in real life: the spinning tag on a drug coming out of a wall making a cop wish to raid it; crate of weapons sticking out of trailer; etc.
But, ultimately; there's no issue with this awesome community member.

You have a point there buddy, it's a very confusing rule, wasn't long ago that I learnt about it. Thank you for your support!
.
P.S. I use Skype as an example because its sometimes obvious. I caught a group of kids doing it. They always go in groups and when their buddy rushes to RDM you. Noticed it 3 times yesterday aha. Still again many thanks you're awesome!
