I would agree.

User 1 dies in a raid on User 2's base.

NLR begins ON DEATH. Not on spawn.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would confront the player about it and ask why they broke NLR. I would then continue to issue an appropriate warning.

They may well be intruding on someones raid/RP situation; additionally I would slay them.

I love to help others when they need it. I try to socialize and really encourage people to be active in the server and take all that they can away from it. I have looked over the rules many times to try to know when something is wrong when people RP.

My opinion is on the basis of your playtime. I am confident that you can accumulate further playtime in the duration that this application is open; I will be neutral until you have made updates to your playtime as the days go by, and errors have been rectified.
