What does NLR mean? Give 1 example:
NLR stands for New Life Rule. It states that once a player has died, he can't go back to his death point for three minutes and he forgets everything that happened in his previous life. An example of violating this rule would be if a player gets killed and instantly goes back to where they died.

What does RDM mean? Give 1 example:
RDM stands for Random Death Match. It's a rule implemented to stop the RP server turning into a bloodbath. It states that one player must have a valid reason to kill another player. An example of violating this rule would be if a Civilian joins the game and sees a player who is being a job that he hates. So he buys a gun and kills that player. The reason is not valid so it is classed as RDM.

What does metagaming mean? Give 1 example:
Metagaming is when people use in-game information out of character. One example of violating this rule would be if a player is getting raided in game and he tells the police in OOC that he is getting raided.

Teleport to the person asking for mod assistance. Get his story. Then teleport to the accused with the victim to get his story. I would check the logs if necessary and if NLR is found broken, a warning would be issued.

My Plea For Moderation

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (at least 150 words)
Apart from punish rule breakers. I would be as mature as possible in a rule breaking situation which is apparently what many mods lack. I would give fair judgment upon rule breakers. I wouldn't be bias in situations, meaning I would be happy to help anyone who is in any situation. I would never punish a player without telling them the error of their ways and making sure they correct their ways. I would make sure that I make a friendly environment for everyone and make sure no one feels intimidated by my punishments or feel like I am picking on one player. I am all for fair play and you can count on me that I would never use my powers to make myself more advantaged. I want moderator to help the community get rid of minges and rule breakers and not abuse my powers. Taking care of grievers is one thing, but taking care of the community is another and I am wanting moderator to do both.

Have you had enough community bonding so far?
I believe I have. I have been going into the server and the TeamSpeak almost everyday to socialize and have fun with the community. I have made friends within the community and I am sure I will make more. Also being part of an organization helps more with bonding as I am a part of The HAWK Syndicate.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (at least 150 words)
With the training, I expect to feel progress and expect to feel prepared to go and moderate. I expect there to be controlled freedom with my mentor and I expect him/her to have empathy when I am in a situation and only give constructive criticism. I expect to feel happy and to have a strong bond with my mentor as we will be getting close through my moderation. I expect to be given respect as I would give respect to the mentor, however I already feel the staff are very respectful. Finally, I expect to given patience. If I don't get something right the first time or the second time, I expect my mentor to tell me to try again. If my mentor gave me all of these things, they would be my ideal mentor and I would look up to them for help after my training has been completed.
