I would go to them and have a chat. Explain the rule about NLR, Then i would send them back to spawn and make sure they don't break it again.

What would you do if someone breaks RDM?
1st time I would go to them explain the rules about rdm be nice then let them go. 2nd Time i would talk to him see whats going on then i would kick them. 3rd time they are obviously RDMing on purpose so i would talk to them then i would ban them.
