What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
In the last few week's where i made mod app's, i allway's said: I've already had my mentor training, so i'll speak for them who haven't got any mentor/training. This time i will try something different. I will try to pretend i'm a new mod and that I never learned any of the commands! here we go.
I expect my mentor/training to teach me all the commands I need to know! I expect my mentor/training will answer any question's or help me with any issue's I have. I expect my mentor/training to work tirelessly untill I understand everything clearly. I expect my mentor/training to be nice to me and not come with any comment's like: Let's just get this over with. I expect my mentor/training to teach me everything fast and easy.

-Would you not bring both offender and victim to the scene and ask for both sides of the story? Goes for both RDM and NLR.

-There's no need to "ask as if I was a new mod", that's acting a bit cocky.

-Seen you in-game a bit, bit disrespectful when comments come your way.

-We've too many moderators at this time.

Metagaming means using IC information in OOC.

If someone was rude i would ask them why and help them get a good attitude

Your app is good, but what i see here, is trying to make me get less reasons to -S you. As this just makes me unable to give more reasons. But that doesn't matter.
Because what you would do in-game is different than here.

I also think you didn't make this application yourself.
This isn't your kind of english, you're more of the child type, that types :3 or

in every sentence. Which you do.
Today, i had to ban you for 60 minutes, for trolling and minging.
You were making this Guy's props unfrozen, and you kept annoying him, so far that we had to take action.
Then you came back, to "raid" him, while there was a open window, revealing everything, and it was in your sight that that guy was just building a box outside of the actual store.
Not to mention of the other things you did.
