I believe it should be around a week ban as i teleported to him and told him and his friends to tell them if i had any more complaints id give him much more than a warning. I went off and now this post has been uploaded.

After his ban he should be very tightly monitored and if he steps out of line he loses his second chance of coming back to Zarp and give him a permanent ban.
